Located on the ancient site of the “Monastère du Précieux-Sang”, in NDG, Governor’s Square includes 48 prestigious urban houses and 16 luxurious condominiums, contained in the ancient convent, dating 1902. The peculiarity of the project lies in its composition of set, contained inside the walls of the ancient cloistered convent which gets an absolute intimacy.

Furthermore, the conservation of an immense garden, populated with mature trees, add to the atmosphere of the site. The three floors houses, of classic architecture but handled in a contemporary way, confer on the project a warm stamp. The project received the price “Oriflamme 2003” of Metropolitan Gas, as residential project of the year.
