This project of 60 top-of-the-range condominiums, distributed on 7 floors, is situated in the angle of the street Haldimand and road St-Louis, right by the Frontenac Castle. The Beaucours Houses constitute one of the rare projects of recent house to join inside the fortifications of Old Quebec.

Confronted with an exceptional historic environment, but forcing, the project Beaucours Houses turns out to be a model of integration.
